ANTIQUE F H AYRES LAWN BOWLS .....
Set of bowls (8 woods plus 2 jacks) in original box - made by F H Ayres. Retailer was Fred Spalding & sons, Chelmsford. They are Garden bowls, designed for play on private lawns, varying in size and weight. They are in the region of 100 years old. The EBA think they are fairly unique. If anyone is interested in purchasing please let me know.
