PROVENANCE OF ANTIQUE BOWLING BALLS .....
I purchased a set of two antique bowling balls yesterday .Would appreciate any help please in identifying manufacturer and possible value.
Balls appear to be made of hard wood [ebony?]and ivory [?].Faint markings appear to be 1931 [year of manufacturer?]and ,within a circular imprint the initial BB . Initials CSWH also appear on surface .
Glasgow [city of manufacturer ?] and misc. other tiny and very faint initials also on surfaceThank you
